To have a Chance you have to Participate

Have you ever heard someone say, “I wish I could win the lottery”? We’ve all had that thought at some point.

The thing is, many people, including myself, have thought about that idea without ever buying a lottery ticket. It sounds pretty obvious and almost silly to think that you could win without even buying one.

Well, the same thing happens in business, in relationships, and in the life of dreams we all want for ourselves.

It’s not going to happen that one day a guy will come to your door and offer you your dream job because you edit videos really well for yourself, or someone will become a singer because you hit incredible notes in the shower, or someone will give you the opportunity to work where you want just because you want it a lot.

No, life doesn’t work that way. If you want to be a writer, editor, singer, work wherever you want, if you want to achieve something, THE ONLY WAY is to put immense effort into it.

I mean, Let’s take the life of a writer as an example. And it can be a true story so it makes more sense to you.

You’ve probably heard of J.K. Rowling.Well, she was a single mother struggling to make ends meet! Before becoming the author of Harry Potter, Rowling sent her manuscript to dozens of publishers, receiving rejection after rejection. Frustrated, she decided to share her stories on the internet. Gradually, her work began to gain popularity, until she finally found a publisher willing to bet on her talent.Today, Rowling is one of the richest writers in the world.

Well, that’s a true story, what we see is the movie and the great success that surrounds it today; but behind it was a dedicated woman who put in the work required to get an opportunity.

Without knowing if it would work or not — It’s like a lottery.

Before, artists and creators had to go to galleries and studios to show their work. Today, everything is at your fingertips.

You think, create, and post. It’s that simple!

But think about it, if it’s that simple, what’s the catch then?

Well, here there’s more competition, more patience to achieve your goal.

The only way to stand out and resonate on social networks is with the power of repetition. THAT’S THE “BIG SECRET” You make, create, build, invite, and above all, give away all your content at first and you will create a community/audience that at some point will be able to pay for what you do.

That thing you post, that website you have where you leave your content, that channel where you post etc…

Well, those exposed pieces are your lottery ticket. Those are your bets,and what you can win is incredible but always remember;

What you see today of someone very “up there” is because behind it there is a deep work to be able to act naturally at that level.
