Your idea. It's everything. But without execution, it's nothing.

Eight years ago, I dived into the restaurant world after graduating with a degree that wasn't specifically related to it. But after being in the industry, I realized two things. First, I fell in love with the hospitality industry. And second, I saw that there were too many gaps for a place to function properly, at least in my opinion.

Over the years, working in different types of restaurants, from fine dining to franchises, I realized that regardless of the type, size, or location, the problems were always the same. Four specific things, which I'll tell you about in a moment.

What really blew my mind was seeing how none of the owners or general managers saw what was happening. They never prioritized the real needs and made the necessary changes to see their place succeed.

The idea kept buzzing in my head, and a voice inside me told me I had to do something. So I said, well, I guess if I become the top leader, I'll instill the culture and the place will change.

So I did it. I became the general manager of a fine dining restaurant. Then I decided to give it a chance to know a completely different world but still in the same industry, and I jumped to Starbucks, as a store manager, then as a director of operations, and at Chick-fil-A. And that's how I realized that the method worked, but it wasn't fixing the restaurants, not even the one next door, just the one I was working at.

For 15 years I've been writing, and for the past 4 years I've been creating content, and it's always been with me, whether as therapy, to organize thoughts, make crucial decisions, make plans, or to tell something I want to leave on record.

That's how an idea was born, THE IDEA where I could combine my 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry and 15 years of writing and create something that would have a deeper impact, and not only would my restaurant or the place where I work benefit, but also the one next door, and the one next to that, and why not the whole block, the city, the state, the country, or the world...

Okay, maybe I'm getting ahead of myself, but my mind really went that far, and that's when I said, why not put together and create my 4 specializations and put them in the easiest, most understandable, but above all applicable way for any owner, CEO, general manager or team leader, to be able to apply it in their place and see how it turns around 360 degrees and ends up being their job, a place of challenge still, but with a north, with a light and with a strategy where every day counts and not the opposite when you want the day to end because it has been a nightmare or you have had a very hard time because of the lack of staff, or you don't have time to do inventory, or you don't have time to do the administration of your business or a 1-on-1 conversation with your employees because simply your restaurant, CONSUMES YOU.

WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?

It's what I call the 4 Legs of the Table, and there you're going to understand the fundamentals that you need to know and manage very well to run a stable business.
